Terms of Service

Before you order, please read:

O1. I reserve the right to decline an order.
O2. Paypal only. 50% payment will be taken upfront, the rest after sketch.
O3. No refunds. All sales are final. If a client has stopped responding 3 weeks after update the commission will be considered finished and there will be no refund. However if there is ever a case where I have to cancel the piece, I will refund 100% of the price.
O4. I own all rights to the art unless copyright/commercial rights have been bought and/or asked beforehand to be used.
O5. ETA is 1 week - 2 weeks.
O6. Please do not rush me! I will send updates as much as I am able to.
07. I reserve the right to display your commission on a portfolio or social media, but will be kept private if asked ahead of time.
O8. You CANNOT trace, recolor/redraw, claim my work or resell it for profit. When posting my work, credit properly. DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI.
O9. I can provide changes occasionally, however major changes will cost extra.
